Bon Temps Boulets is a seasonal New Orleans seafood spot (open January–June) known for its crawfish — and they cater weddings, corporate events, backyard parties, festivals, and tailgates year-round. Custom menus are available on request, from drop-off trays to a full live boil brought to your door.
